About The Event
Come along on Sunday 28th September to sample for yourself the joys of a sauna and a cool down in fresh water.
Meet at the Eden Springs carpark. Pre booking is essential. Christine from Kinloch and Libby from Giffordtown will be your hosts for this event.
Sauna heat and cold-water swims are a simple “contrast” combo that boosts circulation, eases muscle soreness, reduces stress, and leaves you clearer, calmer, and more energised.
