WhatsApp Groups

Due to the number of messages floating around, the WhatsApp groups for the Wellbeing club will start to be populated

YOGA

Many people said they were intereseted in a Yoga class. The good news is that a taster session has been arranged for Monday September 22nd from 11:45 to 12:45 in the hall. Bring a mat if you have one. Admission is free for locals but a donation would be apprecited. Non locals are also welcome for an admission fee of £6 for the taster. If successful, we will look at creating a class. 

It's unfortunate that we can't find an evening slot for an instructor yet. But we will see what sort of interest is created

PILATES

Join us for our Pilates class starting Thursday, September 11th, from 9 AM to 10 AM in the hall! Classes will continue on September 18th, 25th and October 2nd, 16th, and 23rd. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to enhance your fitness and well-being! We look forward to seeing you there!

£30 if you live withing the Gazette catchment area, paid in advance and non refundable even if you cannot attend a session.
