Here's a taster from painter Pat Holland.

Covid lockdown restrictions are expected to be eased on 26th of April to allow non essential shops and galleries to re-open. After so long confined to our own homes, it was thought that people would enjoy the opportunity to purchase new locally produced works of art. We will be holding a pop-up sale by local residents in the Village Hall on Saturday the 1st and Sunday the 2nd of May between 11am and 4pm both days.
We will of course be following all health restrictions and advice for retail venues - social distancing, face coverings, sanitisers, ventilation, one way system, reduced numbers etc. to ensure safety of customers.
ART UNLOCKED coming to our Village Hall on 1st and 2nd May. Nine local artists and makers will be exhibiting their lockdown work - including paintings, jewellery, embroideries, musical instruments . . .
Such talent in our community! Doug Wightman has created reproductions of a 16th century viola da gamba and a 17th century baroque guitar. You can see these art ART UNLOCKED on 1/2 May.

For those on the lookout for new and emerging artists at ART UNLOCKED, we are delighted to introduce you to Helen Forbes who has just completed a year at Dundee College before she starts an art degree course in the autumn. The print below demonstrates her bold and confident style.
