Continuing on from where I left of just over a week ago. Frank, is getting ready to get torn in about one of the sales team. It was the first inclining I had that he was perhaps verging on being psychopath

‘Well Billy. Tell us all what you think.’ He raised one arm and rotated it around so that the pointed finger quivering inches from Billy’s now bulging eyeballs. He paused in the stance for a second and I could swear I was holding my breath, waiting to see what could possibly happen next. I don’t think I was the only one. Frank then relaxed and stood up straight with folded his arms. It later transpired that this signaled he was about to have some fun. There is a certain Schadenfreude nature in us all, which enjoys watching the misfortune in others. The same sort of thing as watching Roman gladiators, in which we are about to witness a blood sport and see the token Christian, (insert any religion, person with any differences etc. in this role) being fed to the lions.

Billy clearly had no idea how to answer, or even what the question was all about. He had been practically asleep. I think this fact probably saved the bacon of someone else who was due to get castrated. Having the stupidity to fall asleep made Billy a marked man. Like the sadistic school teacher so beloved of secondary education, Frank enlisted to rest of the class (aka sales team). We all knew it and went along. Just like we did in school.
